Step 1 is always design – simply understanding what is, and is not possible.
Whether you’re after goods on a supply only basis or a full supply and fit package we will use our technical expertise to assist with the selection of the most suitable products protecting you from the unforeseen costs of poor specification and selection.
Unlike ‘select & pay’ internet companies, we will at all times gather a background on your project and will challenge the compatibility and suitability of products for ultimately your benefit.
In conjunction with our showroom displays we will assist with visualisation by use of our excellent CAD software package where we can present your proposed products and finishes for your consideration.

1. Initial showroom visit
We’re great believers in first impressions and the value of ‘face-to-face’ introductions. There’s no better way to tell us about your ideas and requirements than popping in to see us. If possible, bringing a basic sketch with the current layout and room sizes makes the initial process a lot easier and will streamline the discussion of room constraints and optimal product sizes. If not we’ll do our best based on what you’re describing to us.
2. Guidance on costs
As part of your initial visit we’ll be very honest, realistic and open with costs – we’ll aim to give you a very good guide. We carry out over 100 bathroom renovations every year and supply even more so whether it’s goods only or a full fitting service we see no reason not to provide a sensible guide right from the start. We make no secrets of our position as an organisation operating from the middle market upwards and whilst cost is always a consideration, with our clients it is seldom the only consideration.
3. Free survey & quote
Now that you’ve put a face to those who’ll be helping you, have a clearer idea on your design and understand the likely costs, if you’re keen to advance with a supply and fit quote a survey is the next stage. Having covered all the above in the showroom our average home survey time is only ten to fifteen minutes long. Here we are mostly interested in taking our own sizes, assessing the plumbing infrastructure and ensuring all that is has so far been discussed can in fact be brought to reality.
4. 2nd showroom visit
Normally no more than a working week will we have devised your exact quote for the ideas discussed and tailored to the sizes of your room. On presenting the quote we give details on the specifics of your room and how the price has been computed. If proceeding with the works you can decide whether to finalise your selections at this stage or arrange a follow-up showroom visit to conclude all choices. At this stage we will allocate you a mutually convenient start date.
5. Fully detailed quotation
Upon verbal acceptance and selection of final product choices we will prepare a full written quotation. Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed all the details to be correct we will look for a deposit payment to order all your goods and confirm your start date.
6. Works commencement
If you consider your bathroom to be an average size, the likelihood is we’ll aim to complete the renovation within a working week. Only if there are additional intricacies or if the room is larger will it take longer. The cornerstone of our ‘word-of-mouth’ recommendations is our workforce.
7. Peace of mind guarantee
We offer an excellent warranty on the labour aspect of all renovations, however minor the problem. Further to this are your product warranties – we want a legacy of excellent workmanship and fantastic product durability, with that in mind we only work with industry-renowned quality manufacturers, all of which offer the best of guarantees and parts cover.
8. Your dream bathroom
The dream has become a reality, recommend us to friends and family and for us it starts all over again!
